If you use the code listed on the page, you get a lot more than just a
sessionid.
You might want to use an existing sessionId rather than create a new, if
you are customizing an already loaded map.
Creating and using a fresh runtime map is a it advanced, and mostly
usefull for calling the GETMAPIMAGE without a viewer.
The last line shows how to toggle a layer in the runtime map.
You will have to call Refresh on the client in javascript before the
changes are visible.
What are you trying to achieve with the runtime map?
