You can see how to add/create a FeatureSource, add data to it, and
create a LayerDefinition,
if you look at the "Buffer" code in the AJAX viewer (buffer*.php in the
www\mapviewerphp folder).
It also shows how to add this to the runtime map, which in turn displays
it to the client.
