Hi Peter and Jackie I would like to know as well the correct procedure. I never have used this tool (FDOToolbox). A time ago I was using the tool which Martin mention, however I have had some issues with it. I posted the problem (http://n2.nabble.com/convert-shp2sql2008-td1818680.html#a1818680) but I could not have worked out it.
