See if you can capture the request that gets sent to thememain.php using Fiddler. It is probably something simple, like Fusion sending the session parameter using lowercase 'session' instead of 'SESSION'. If that's the case, you should be able to update the php script to look for the lowercase version if the uppercase one isn't defined.
