The AJAX viewer only accepts a weblayout (with a valid map definition reference inside)
What you can do is to get the xml content of the weblayout, replace the map definition reference with the map definition you want, and then save this xml into a session-based weblayout, and pass this weblayout to your AJAX viewer. Hope that helps. - Jackie Jamo wrote: > > Probably been asked before but I can't find the answer through search. > > Is it possible to set the MAP for a weblayout within the URL....? > > Default map for the weblayout definition is PortBris.... > However I would like to change this from the URL .... hopefully it is a > standard operation ...? > > http://vmapp01/mapguide/mapviewerajax/?WEBLAYOUT=Library://Production/Layouts/Test.WebLayout&LOCALE=en&USERNAME=Anonymous&PASSWORD=&MAPDEFINITION=Library://Production/Maps/PortBrisBH.MapDefinition > > Cheers > -- View this message in context: http://n2.nabble.com/Simple-Question-Regarding-MAP-with-weblayout-tp2344229p2344640.html Sent from the MapGuide Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ mapguide-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/mapguide-users
