I've been trying to make the gdal work for 2.1 for a week or 2 now, with
the help of this group.....but still no go.

Yes, the coordinate system on the data does match that of the map. I turned
on the debugging but don't see anything new in the log.
I think that I may have my files in a wrong locaton. Here's my file

Server\FDO
Server\gdalplugins
Server\gdalplugins\gdal_ECW.dll
Server\gdalplugins\gdal_MrSID.dll
Does this look good so far?
Any suggestions?
