We have a Java application that deals with spatial information. The information is currently stored in an Oracle database. We are considering integrating FDO technology with the Java application to have a more flexible backend to the system. We are currently looking for the best way to execute the integration. I had posted the question on the FDO users mailing list and was directed from there to this list as MapGuide has done similar type of work.
