Dear Satish,

Oracle Standard is the level of the Oracle DBMS you install (Personal,
Standard, Enterprise). As Zac mentioned, Oracle Spatial is a module you just
'thick'/choose to add during your installation.

However, you should be aware that Oracle Standard vs. Enterprise edition
contributes different functionalities in:

- support for 3D geometry storage
- jobs (versioning)
- ...
