Generally, you should use the same coordinate system on your map as your data has (best performance).

However, WGS 84 is a world spanning coordinate system (latitude/longitude), and might be a "fallback" because the provider is unable to detect the correct coordinate system.

Hi every one ,

While creating a resource, we have option Coordinate System overrides, --
what it means ?

In that we have a option to fetch coordinate system found in
featuresource.... when i click this i get following.....

Source Target

OracleSrid32643 PROJCS["WGS 84 / UTM zone 43N", GEOGCS [ "WGS 84", DATUM ["World GeodeticSystem 1984 (EPSG ID 6326)",
SPHEROID ["WGS 84 (EPSG ID 7030)", 6378137, 298.257223563]], PRIMEM [
"Greenwich", 0.000000 ], UNIT ["Decimal Degree", 0.01745329251994328]],
PROJECTION ["UTM zone 43N (EPSG OP 16043)"], PARAMETER
["Latitude_Of_Origin", 0], PARAMETER ["Central_Meridian",
75.00000000000000000000000000000000000029], PARAMETER ["Scale_Factor",
.9996], PARAMETER ["False_Easting", 500000], PARAMETER ["False_Northing",
0], UNIT ["Meter", 1]]

Again while creating mapresource fram a layer defintion ..
we have a option --Coordinate system -----------------
