I've solved the same problem to gain the ScaleRanges for Visability with the given solution. Unfortunately, I need the current scale to set the Layer shown in an outsourced Legend.
Is there a way to achieve the current scale? The method GetViewScale() gives 1.0 to me, too. Thanks for help in advance.
