The trunk version of Fusion is the most current version. The developers use a program called subversion (or svn) to "check out" parts of the code so that they can change it and then check it back in. The version of Fusion that shipped with MGOS is the 2.0 beta version. It was last compiled in October of 2009. Since Fusion 2.0 is still in beta, you are going to want to get the latest version. If you are having any sort of problem with it, the first thing the developers will probably tell you is to download the latest version to see if that fixes the issue.
