Does the GDAL FDO support the rotation of rasters yet? I recall from
the early days that the Autodesk provider didn't handle images that
needed rotation - and I know that the GDAL in 2.0 doesn't seem to
handle them...does the version that comes with 2.1 handle that? Andrew --
