Thank you for responding. I reviewed the two sets of code you sent and, while they would probably work, they aren't quite what I'm looking for. I've actually created a Search for the address layer already, so I really just need to figure out the Query side of it. However, the Query search from the sample looked too complicated for the map I wish to create. The end user of the map is most likely to be a general citizen, so they would probably take one look at the Query and decide that it wasn't worth trying to figure it out.
What I am hoping to do instead is to allow them to search the Address point layer for their address, and either have that selection retrieve all the fields I choose from the other layers for that point as well as the address (prefered) or at least have only one other search where they can select a point or rectangle and it will retrieve all the info for that spot. Also, I would prefer being able to set up what fields are retrieved rather than the user. It's just easier that way. Any suggestions? -- View this message in context: http://osgeo-org.1803224.n2.nabble.com/Get-Informtaion-from-Multiple-Layers-tp5243608p5262219.html Sent from the MapGuide Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ mapguide-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/mapguide-users
