Yes. It took me ~3weeks working with my reseller and finally Autodesk to figure out the 64bit license manager doesn't seem to work. Fallback was to use 32bit LMTools. My environment is server 2008 64bit. Now it's working fine tho.
An hour to install seems a bit excessive.
