it should be just http://localhost:8008/index.html (without rest) or something similar where you put your static files
with /rest/ it is rest uri which then correspond to some resource you define trough config files or http://localhost:8008/rest/hello which should return hello back message from georest in short, you need to put 'www' folder of georest under some different virtual directory ( not /rest/ ) to serve those static files I would also suggest you to try georesthttpserver.exe to quickly check if it works for you for MG 2.2 Haris On Wed, Oct 20, 2010 at 10:51 PM, Clonus <[email protected]> wrote: > > Try URL is > > http://localhost:8008/rest/index.html > > Thanks for your quick reply. > > Regards > > -- > View this message in context: > http://osgeo-org.1803224.n2.nabble.com/Problem-connecting-GeoREST-to-MapGuideOS-2-2-RC1-tp5656169p5656592.html > Sent from the MapGuide Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. > _______________________________________________ > mapguide-users mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/mapguide-users > _______________________________________________ mapguide-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/mapguide-users
