Here is the image of the list of resource that are available
for me to select from in Maestro(3.0.0.5610). I am not seeing the resource
called "Grid Layer Definition". It is defined in Layerdefinition-1.1.0.xsd.
Which file is Maestro reading to load information in the "New Resource"
dialog.
