2005 does not have the ability to store geometry/geography objects (you can 
store xy fields though).  In my OPINION, you should upgrade to SQL server 2008 
so you can store the geometry and the data in the same database.

We can easily do that.We can accommodate all require data to generate map in
the SHP itself but in that case it want remain dynamic...which is very much
needed in our case.

We want to update the data in sql 2005 and it should be reflect in map.
