For AJAX viewer I have found solution. In ajaxmappane.templ is function
ExecuteRectangleTool and there can change to:
pt1 = ScreenToMapUnits(x1-16, y1-16);
pt2 = ScreenToMapUnits(x2+16, y2+16);
Where is this function in fusion?
