This may or may not be the issue with the missing layer but the MG definition of "PseudoMercator" is not the same as the "big 3/Google mercator/spherical mercator" because the one listed below is not a sphere - for it to be spherical, the 3rd param in the SPHEROID text must be a 0 (zero). See http://spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/3785/

If you have a Google base layer and try to overlay "PseudoMercator" on top it's not going to line up properly.

If you create a map matching your UTM projection do things work? I'm going to
guess that you're using PseudoMercator to support the 'big 3' basemaps.

What happens if you reproject your datasets to PM other than the expected
performance improvement because OTF reprojection is not being utilized. Along
that same thread, did you save/override the coordinate systems of each layer
definition rather than letting MG attempt to figure things out on its own?

Just some obvious but random thoughts

Subject: [mapguide-users] Re: Fusion layout is blank

I saved my map as PseudoMercator:

PROJCS["WGS84.PseudoMercator",GEOGCS["LL84",DATUM["WGS84",SPHEROID["WGS84",6378137.000,298.25722293]]

My original layers were in UTM.

I am trying to view the URL from maestro with no success.
