I should amend what I said.  I renamed the DWF to be a ZIP file, and I used 
windows to examine the contents, no problem.  I also used 7-zip to test the 
archive, and it reported no problems.  However, when I use 7-Zip to extract the 
contents of the zip, it says that there is a "Data error in 
'715941D4-1AC2-4545-8185-BC40E053B551.TYPEINFO'. File is broken
