To use an MS Access database in a 64 bit environment you need to use a different provider. 32-bit: Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 64-bit: Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0
Also be sure to install this 64-bit driver: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255 If you have 64 bit Office 2010 or newer you do not need to install the driver. However if you have 32 bit M$ Office installed you need to uninstall Office before installing this driver. You can install the 32 bit office again if you like but I will recommend to install the 64 bit version.
