Say I have some grid data I can retreive in the form of x,y,z
where x and y are true GDA MGA-56 coordinates and z is a positive or negative decimal value.... How would I take this data and display it in mapguide? So far I have tried using Saga to produce grid files for them then prepare a vrt file and show them using that, however I'm finding setting it up to accept transparency difficult (where there is no data -99999 the grid should not display anything) None of the GridLayerDefinition settings in the Layerdefinition seem to work ? Some example data: *VRT file 4 bands RGB and true height.* Can I just supply mapguide the sdat file and style completely in mapguide? *Grid Layer Definition:* Any help would be much appreciated, despite what my signature says this is for Mapguide 2.4 stable release on windows server 2008 R2 SP1 64bit I have managed to remove all hillshade settings and surface settings and render greyscale surface however I still can't get the transparency to work... I can load the vrt in saga and it displays Cheers Adam ----- MapGuide Maestro 5.0b MapGuide Opensource 2.2.0.5703 Fusion, PHP, Apache Windows Server 2008 64bit -- View this message in context: http://osgeo-org.1560.n6.nabble.com/I-need-advice-on-grid-data-gdal-vrt-and-mapguide-tp5019464.html Sent from the MapGuide Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ mapguide-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/mapguide-users
