I tried to use this very same WMS feature source with 2.4, resulting in the error described in http://osgeo-org.1560.n6.nabble.com/MGOS-2-4-amp-Maestro-4-0-4-Problem-with-WMS-connection-td5021424.html
So right now, I can't use this feature source with 2.4.
