The FDO schema probably has classes with association properties (ie. foreign keys).
FDO Toolbox doesn't properly handle cloning classes with association properties. As a workaround, you'll have to edit the data store, and remove these association properties (DON'T APPLY THE CHANGES!), and export the modified result.
