About WMS in our page:
Our solution is hybrid solution, because there were problems with raster data
in Mapguide.
We use Mapguide OS for vector data and Erdas IWS for raster data (over WMS).
Because in OpenLayers you can use various of diferent types of layers this can
be combined very fast.
As you may know, in OpenLayers you can also use public available datasources
like OSM, Google, Yahoo, Bing ..., WMS is quite simple ...
I can tell you that Erdas IWS is realy great and good product.
As you can see it is also really fast ...
