How are you connecting? Via connection string or DSN?

You have to make sure all the bitness lines up. ie. For a 64-bit MapGuide
install:

 * You have Access 2010 64-bit drivers installed
 * If using connection strings, you are using the Microsoft Access 2010
driver ({Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.accdb)} and not {Microsoft Access
Driver (*.mdb)})
 * If using DSNs, you created your DSN with the correct odbcad32.exe (On
64-bit windows, the one under C:\Windows\System32 is 64-bit, the one under
C:\Windows\SysWow64 is 32-bit). Yes, very intuitive locations!
