You can put the content in to a division and check it for overflow and call
window.resizeTo(xx,yy) function onload so window will resize itself upon
opening.Check below the sample code
this.resizeTo(570,320);
<DIV STYLE="overflow: auto; width: 550px; height: 300;
border-left: 1px gray solid; border-bottom: 1px gray solid;
padding:0px; margin: 0px">
