I think you are asking if you can re-project on the fly using MGOS as the WMS server/provider, but just to clarify, are you using MGOS as the WMS server/provider, or are you consuming WMS layers from another application?
I think some WMS servers can potentially support different coordinate systems for each layer/sub-layer, but I don't think this is the case with MGOS (somebody can correct me if I am wrong). On the flip side, your application consuming the WMS layer should be the one re-projecting the layer as is the case with MGOS. That is what Jackie is pointing out if you set up a Map Definition that contains a WMS layer (as long as the WMS layer coordinate system is supported in MGOS). -Steve G -- View this message in context: http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/Reproject-on-the-fly-tp5074540p5074608.html Sent from the MapGuide Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ mapguide-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/mapguide-users
