Hi,

finally I’ve found out why I can’t save map changes anymore over the network.

It seem like it’s because the coordinate system.

It happens when I add a layer to the map. The coordinate system is then be assigned automatically to the map (ESPG:6314), depending on the source(EPSG:31467). When I try to save anything it need a very long time. Working over the networks leads to a timeout……

I’m just wondering why it is not equal to the coordinate system from my source (EPSG:31467)

Anyway the solution is to change the coordinate system from:

EPSG:6314

we don't have a proxy server, but in case you are right, would it be possible to save layer changes?

I can save layer changes but I can't save map changes, isn't that strange?

This problem only occurs when I’m connected over the Network.

If I ‘m connected over localhost everything works fine.

So I don’t think it is because of the Roles.

I bet you there is probably a proxy server involved :)
