Hi, I've implemented the FDO for Smallworld developed by Spatial Business systems.
It works very well and takes advantages of TiCS, ACE's, alternatives, multiple worlds, and all those other acronyms & concepts that are unique to Smallworld. Let me know if you need more info (and yes it works in both AutoCAD and Mapguide).
