If you are modifying the underlying widgets, you have to change your template index.html file to reference fusion.js instead of fusionSF.js. fusionSF.js is the single-file compiled version of fusion plus all widgets. When you are done modifying the widgets and wanting to deploy to production, you can recompile fusionSF.js using the methods that Jackie describes here.
