What are the main differences between the two following URLs? "http://server/mapguide/greffes/fr/index.html?ApplicationDefinition=Library://Greffes/Test.ApplicationDefinition";
and "http://server/mapguide/greffes/fr/index.html"; with the file ApplicationDefinition.xml having the same content as "Library://Greffes/Test.ApplicationDefinition" Both are not giving the same result regarding Google maps.
