follows Developer Guide for .net custom app in MapGuide.I attached files
which you can customize to your needs.Files must reside in C:\Program
Files\OSGeo\MapGuide\Web\www\mapviewernet\.And you must add
InvokeURLCommandType calling for edc2_mesaure.aspx in your WebLayout.
