Hi Jackie,
Finally, I found the answer, there is no problem with the KML operations. The mapagent.fcgi file is the KML file (confusing when you see the proposed name for the KML file) Regards, Pierre De : mapguide-users <mapguide-users-boun...@lists.osgeo.org> De la part de pierre.cardi...@sympatico.ca Envoyé : 26 août 2022 16:59 À : 'MapGuide Users Mail List' <mapguide-users@lists.osgeo.org>; 'Jackie Ng' <jumpinjac...@gmail.com> Objet : Re: [mapguide-users] REACT Sample * Also the GETLAYERKML and GETLAYERKML operations seam problematic. Request sent by MapAgent http://localhost/mapguide/mapagent/mapagent.fcgi?OPERATION=GETMAPKML <http://localhost/mapguide/mapagent/mapagent.fcgi?OPERATION=GETMAPKML&VERSION=1.0.0&CLIENTAGENT=MapGuide+Developer&FORMAT=KML&DPI=96&MAPDEFINITION=Library%3A%2F%2FSamples%2FSheboygan%2FMaps%2FSheboygan.MapDefinition> &VERSION=1.0.0&CLIENTAGENT=MapGuide+Developer&FORMAT=KML&DPI=96&MAPDEFINITION=Library%3A%2F%2FSamples%2FSheboygan%2FMaps%2FSheboygan.MapDefinition or Request sent by application Sample http://localhost/mapguide/mapagent/mapagent.fcgi?USERNAME=Anonymous <http://localhost/mapguide/mapagent/mapagent.fcgi?USERNAME=Anonymous&OPERATION=GetMapKml&VERSION=1.0.0&MAPDEFINITION=Library://Samples/Sheboygan/Maps/Sheboygan.MapDefinition> &OPERATION=GetMapKml&VERSION=1.0.0&MAPDEFINITION=Library://Samples/Sheboygan/Maps/Sheboygan.MapDefinition With MGOS 3.1.2, MGOS build 9862 (4P3) and MGOS 4P4, it is impossible to use the operation GETMAPKML. I did some tests with the MapAgent Test Pages and I always have the same result. The operation returns a pop up window to download the file mapagent.fcgi (except for XML format). Also the GETLAYERKML and GETLAYERKML operations seam problematic. For case 1 (MGOS (build 9862) and IIS under Win10) I changed the parameter "ApplicationDefinition" for "resource", now I have the same result as in the two other cases. When I click on « View as KML », the function returns a pop up window to download the file mapagent.fcgi.
