Has anyone encountered an issue when trying to run openssl.exe, located in Apache24/bin, in MapGuide 4 Beta 2? When I try to run it, the screen flashes but the expected command prompt window doesn't appear. Has something changed with OpenSSL or how it interacts with MapGuide? The openssl.exe that was installed with MapGuide 3.1.2 worked and a command prompt window appeared.
