I updated one development server to beta 3 and same issue still exists. I also tested with other combinations and this issue seem to be also in patched 3.1.2 FDO driver. My production server has PostgreSQL 11 so I have used original version have not faced this issue before. There are two messages on mail list regarding this same from other users. Unpatched 4.1 driver works with MGOS 4 and PostgreSQL 11 fine.
