Quite a bit more than Earth's axial tilt, by my reckoning. I'm starting
to suspect, from the "convex" and "concave" labels, that it's nothing to
do with geography, but meant to be a test of perception- to determine
the lighting and viewing angles at which the "globe" (with its
false-perspective rings) appears to be a hollow rather than a bulge.
Finding more about the artist and the vendor from old directories might
give further clues.
