USGS is producing high resolution scans of USGS historic topographic maps. Many will be in the
20th century (1900's) and very few, if any, in the 19th century (1800's). USGS made most of the
legacy topographic maps in the 1900's and had just started mapping at the turn of the century.
These scanned historic maps will become available this year through the USGS Store

There seems to be a great demand by academic researchers for historical
topographic maps as well.
If not, do you have such a source already available?
