I regret to inform you that retired attoney Jenkins Garrett, map enthusiast, collector, and donor, passed away at the age of 95 in his home in Fort Worth, Texas on 28 January 2010. Jenkins was the founding president of the Texas Map society, and he shall be deeply missed by family, friends, and many in the map community.
