Dear map enthusiasts,

I have started a blog 'Exploring the wonderful world of antique maps and atlases', that is 'hanged up' on the virtual map fair's site <www.antiquemaps-fair.com>.
In this blog Rodney Shirley has started publishing in the category ‘Corrigenda & Addenda to TMOTW ’ the updated additions that have come to light since the last edition of The Mapping Of The World. 4 pages are published now, more are to follow.
You are invited to comment on his postings.

Next to this new category I will continue the publishing of the English edition of my book on printed 17th century Dutch sea charts with chapter I.
