I was not sure where Mr. Fagoaga had already looked.
One obvious place would be vol. 2 of Wheat's _Mapping the
Trans-Mississippi West_. For example see entries 320, 321, and 328.
There is this article on Humboldt's influence on N. American geography:

There is also the following facsimile atlas work (intro text by Leitner
in German; holding libraries are accessible via WorldCat and other
search engines; this particular entry is from UVa's online catalog),
which discusses the additional maps Humboldt had produced for an
intended revision of some of his earlier work, but which never resulted
in an updated atlas:

Vom Verfasser auch kurz benannt: Mexico-Atlas. Neudruck des 1811
[i.e. 1812] in Paris erschienenen Werkes. Verm. um die "Introduction
