Registering for ICHC 2011 in Moscow
If you are planning to come to the Moscow ICHC and have not yet started the
application process you must do so as soon as possible. The visa formalities
take a certain amount of time.
You will need to register for the conference and complete the 'Visa Support'
form so that you can acquire the official Letter of Invitation. You cannot
apply for a visa without that. It takes about 20 days for it to be provided.
This means that there are no more than two weeks left to apply for the Letter
of Invitation
if you need to show the original version, or about three or four weeks if an
electronic or fax copy will be enough.

under 'Registration' and 'Visa Support', or on the website of your own Russian
embassy.
