Bob,
Let me add my hearty congratulations and best wishes for a happy retirement; 
everyone who knows you is aware that you are anything but old and befuddled! 
The downside is that now that you are "at liberty" you will be expected to do 
all those things that you have deferred because you were "too busy," and may 
thus find yourself busier than ever.  My (unsolicited) advice is to pick and 
choose those things that you will enjoy,
