Dear All:

I'm writing on behalf of a student, who is studying Nathan Hale's wall map of
New England (Boston, 1826). An interesting question, which I'm having a hard
time with, is this: were there any other large, multi-sheet wall maps of New
England between the Thomas Jefferys *Map of the most Inhabited Part of New
England* (and the huge Norman/Clark derivative) and Hale's?

I cannot think of any.

Does anybody know of any?

Please answer off-list to me at edney(at)usm.maine.edu. Thanks!!!!

Best,

Matthew
