[Apologies for cross-posting]

I'm writing to inform users of British Library map collections that, due
to essential maintenance work, the following parts of the map collection
will be unavailable between 28th November 2011 and 27 February 2012:

- 25 inch to the mile Ordnance Survey National Grid series, all
sheets between NO 6400 and TL 9350

- Globe collection

- Some antiquarian atlases

Although we've tried to keep disruption to an absolute minimum, there
will be inconvenience during this period for which we're sorry.

Nearer the time we will be able to advise exactly on which parts of the
antiquarian atlas collection, if any, will be unavailable during this
period.

For further updates, please contact the map reference team in advance of
your visit on +44 (0)20 7412 7702 or by email at [email protected]
