Problem solved; I was lucky enough to find the whole book at Göttinger Digitalisierungszentrum (GDZ)

The PDF maps are quite OK.

Subject: [MapHist] Help Tabula IX from 1901

I need badly some help in finding on Internet a good quality
reproduction or accessing the two maps "Europae Tab.[ula] IX. Iaziges
metanastae. Dacia. Moesia. Thracia", existing at pages 18-19 in
"Claudii Ptolemaei Geographia. Tabulae XXXVI a Carolo Mullero
instructae", Parisiis, Editoribus Firmin-Didot et Sociis, Instituti
Francici Typographiis, MDCCCI (i.e. 1901), [33] + 2 [Tafelbd.]

Thank You ALL for any help,
