Hello
I don't know if this helps but:
If your data is composed of point only you can use attribut extraction
(ddattext ) from AutoCad to create a comma delimited textfile. You must
create a template first (see the manual). Then open and save the txt file
from MapInfo. Then create points.
Has anyone tried FME to do this?
Best of luck
Christer J.

I am trying to import dxf files into MapInfo. While it would seem that the
x,y values
of the layers are preserved correctly, the z values are lost completely. I
have tried all the options under the Table-Import function eg preserve
attribute data, store elevation etc but to no avail.

Any ideas for a solution would be gratefully received!!!

Rachel
