Looking through the mapinfo-l archives it seems that there are a number of
people having problems with MI crashing whilst connecting to ODBC databases.
I posted a question a couple of days ago about this but have not had a
response yet. I am using MI 5 and NT4 SP5 on a newly built machine. I have
been using the Relativity ODBC tool to connect to Cobol databases on a Unix
server.
