Dear list

Thank you to all those who responded to my Info Tool read out problem

The obvious answer is SnagIT/32, but why doesn't a software package (MI), that
prides itself of providing data in a spatial format not allow the information to
be simply output to a printer without having to use 3rd part software, has me beat, as
well
as the clients I'm trying to convince that MI is the answer to their problem

Similarly why can't the Label tool allow for the rotation of the labels globally,
rather that editing each one
individually. Yes we have written a program to do this, but it sure makes life hard.

Does any one else share my frustration, or have I been using MicroStation to long?

Subject: MI Info Tool ReadOut

Dear List

I am relatively new to MI and would like to know how
I print the dialog box and the details contained in it, that are presented on
the screen when I query an object (polygon) with the Info Tool.

Ideally I would like to print (to a laser printer, A4 size) the exact information
that is presented on the screen including the query box and the details in the
box.

Thanks,

Brian McDonald
