We get ours directly fron the city or county GIS depts.
You could also gather up their addresses from either online or
one of those phone-call CD-ROMs floating around, and geocode them
with MapMarker. Or send them to a MapInfo Partner or consultant
to be geocoded. Prices for that range around $30-$40 per 1000.
